    The recipes give the calories for a serving size but doesn't state what constitutes a serving.

    Nice blend of choices

    I have made several recipes, the Mexican meatball soup for guests for the SuperBowl, to great appreciation and recipe request. A fair number of recipes use a convenience food as part of the ingredients, like the turkey meatballs. The baking was trickier, my smaller cooker runs hotter than their test cooker. However the simple black forest dump cake I tried was actually even better the next day. I originally bought this book for the simple recipes to pass on to my college age sons who live in apts. Success!
