    The skinny Girl rules

this is a very good audiobook
Bethany Frankle is wonderful, and what she has to say
is from her heart because she has experienced the very
crazy world of dieting and trying to get thin and keep
    the weight off.

    she has some good information.

I own all the popular "Diet" books, which,if you own more than ONE book, the search for weight loss continues. Her approach is different. There is no deprivation or starvation, just common sense! This will be my last book on the subject.

Bethenny's style is straight-forward, no nonsense. Her suggestions are very helpful and in many cases, detailed down to the objects you use for food prep. Ramikin for ice cream, plastic sealable bowls for freezing, etc. Many of her comments are common sense, and it helps to hear it from a "Skinny girl's" perspective. She does not paint herself as perfect, nor is she "reformed". It is more like a Life Survival Guide! I enjoyed her style.
