Meet the Author

Yoshiko Nakamura is originally from Tokushima prefecture. Her birthday is June 17 and she has type B blood. She started drawing manga in elementary school, which eventually led to her 1993 debut of Yume de Au yori Seteki - Better than Seeing in a Dream - in Hana to Yume magazine. Her other works include the basketball series Saint Love, MVP wa Yuzurenai - Can't Give Up MVP and Blue Wars, Tokyo Crazy Paradise, a series about a female bodyguard in 2020 Tokyo.

    I love thie series! Though i would love if it would go faster. T

    I love thie series! Though i would love if it would go faster. This one was a side of the progressing relationship between Ren and Kyoko. I loved the head and lap and blushing bumbling direcector!! This is a definte keep in the series.

    i luv this

    This series is sooo good. This is probably the only manga i couldn't stop reading. Its hilarious and romantic and has drama too! If u haven't read this series.... DO IT!!!!!

    Review for volume 16 of Skip-Beat!

    This volume of Skip-Beat will get the KyokoXRen fans begging for more!<BR/>A peek at Ren's dark past and the touching passion he feels for Kyoko races and melts the hearts of romantics. Ren certanly has alot on his hands in volume 16, I loved it!
