I first read this book in elementary school. I picked it off the shelf because it looked interesting. At that time I thought it was the most amazing book I ever read. Ever since it has been in the back of my head and I have kept my eye out for it but never been able to find it. Now, almost 20 years later, I have found it and re-read it and it holds the same excitement it did when I was younger. I'm going to keep it on my shelf and share with my future children. With an imaginative adventure and colorful characters, it's a perfect bedtime book.
