Meet the Author

The fact the real world is not as appealing as the ones I create was obvious in kindergarten when I ran away from school to have a personal chat with Santa, triggering a police search. My imaginary friend, Wendy, who often came in handy to eat my peas, generously took the blame.

It seems a tad unfair to leave a one star review without comment

It seems a tad unfair to leave a one star review without comment. It's just not helpful to anyone planning to read the book. Did you hate the story, is it poorly written and full of typos? Who knows? Not to mention it doesn't help the author know why she's failed to such a degree and therefore make improvements. For a free urban fantasy detailing Nic's efforts to evade the persistently annoying neighbours with a secret agenda, this was a quick read that kept me engaged. The characters were well fleshed-out, the setting vividly detailed and the growing tension palpable. I enjoyed it!
