    This is a fine book which provides enjoyable recipes for one trying to maintain his or her weight.

    I have recently been on a diet to reduce my weight by several pounds. It is always a challenge to maintain one's reduced weight after a diet, and this book goes a long way in assisting a person to do just that. The recipes are relatively easy to prepare and they are delicious. I believe that this book will be extremely helpful to me in maintaining my weight and health. I emphatically endorse it.

    best cookbook

    This cookbook is very easy to use and the recipes are awesome. My 13year old loves to cook but does not always get the recipes right. With this cookbook she has made many delicious recipes. I also like the fact that she is cooking healthy and learning to make good food choices. Diffently the cookbook to have.
