I got Slim Down Sister in 2002. It literally changed my life because here was a collection of TRUE stories from other Black woman about fitness and health. This book is extremely informative. It put me on the right path and two years later I am still referring to it. (I am also 25 pounds lighter!) Slim Down Sister has great B&W photos of exercises and several healthy soul food recipes in the back. If you are new to exercise or want to kick start your routine this book is for you. Share it with family and friends. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.
