Do not attempt the 2 day detox unless you have done a longer, gentler detox recently. It is very intense and after reading other detox books, can be dangerous. I also found the eating plan difficult to follow.

Dr. McKeith is very knowledgable - If you are looking to find ways to be healthy this book is for you - Her real gem is the Book "You are What you Eat" with both books together you will find a wealth of information on eating and living healthy
