Delicious recipes... try them out and fall in love.  I love the raw apple pie and the Beet The Scale Borscht is excellent! Julie makes understanding really easy and makes food really amazing.  Becoming healthy, having a healing life, reducing my pain and getting rid of my 'muffin-top' all in one book.
