With plans to meet again in Paris, Sophie and her new crush say goodbye, and Sophie continues to traveling with her friend Jade. It's the seventies in pre-socialist France. The gay movement is just gaining momentum It's a time of hippies, mini-skirts and political strikes.

Caught in a strike, and forced to make some big decisions for herself, Sophie doesn't want to lose track of the woman in Paris. What ensues is a delightful and passionate love story that follows a universal pattern: coming of age, coming out and claiming oneself.
