Editorial Reviews

Children's Literature - Gina Sides
This beginning reader teaches children to sort, compare and classify objects. The book uses relative vocabulary to teach these ideas. For example, "smaller, bigger shorter, longer, lighter, heavier" are some of the comparisons. The illustrations are of common and realistic images that the child of any background can relate to. A useful introductory note to parents and teachers and the four children's activities at the end make this title particularly useful in schools and for homeschoolers. Part of the "Hello Math Reader" series.
