    A Quietly Life-Changing Book

This book is certainly the backbone of Richard Carlson's approach to all the famous books he has written, and it explains how to practice his outlook yourself. At first, because the ideas are really so simple, it was hard to believe this wasn't just another 'all it takes is...' book. But using real-life examples and varied suggestions on how to put the simple approach of this book into practice, it is filled with a lot of practical infomation that allows one to slow down and regain some peace and sanity, and more happiness - without necessarily running away from the things, people and commitments in your life. I am surprised this has not become a best seller.
