Editorial Reviews

From Barnes & Noble
Everyone hates bugs in the house and weeds in the garden. When we find them, most of us instinctively reach for a can of pesticide to get rid of them as quickly as possible. But are those smelly, toxic chemicals any better than the bugs and weeds they're meant to obliterate? Of course not. Ellen Sandbeck offers quirky, creative, nontoxic alternatives to those pesticides, often involving standard household products such as mayonnaise and coffee grounds.

    Great book!

I heard about this book on a public broadcasting radio talk show and it is a great book. I've tried remedies they recommended and they work! The fact that it is also amusing is a plus!
