    Definitely a must read!

Anything that Dr. Kevin Leman writes is worth reading. But...if you are a "yes" person, you definitely need to read this one. We sometimes try to be all things to all people and burn out! We put unnecessary guilt upon ourselves. This book will point you away from being driven by perfectionism and steer you to a healthier, emotional lifestyle.
