It's hard to watch the one you love in the arms of another, but when gangs, stealing cars, and murder are involved, everything becomes fair game...

Cami thinks life with her boyfriend, Hunter Wilder, is perfect. Then she finds out, not only is he wrapped up in a gang whose specialty is stealing cars, he’s with another girl as well.

Hunter knows the gang leader, Ripper, is suspected of murder and he’ll do anything to keep Cami safe—even faking a relationship with someone else. There’s only one problem—Ripper’s fallen hard for Cami, leaving Hunter to stand by and watch as he puts the moves on his girl.

Both Cami and Hunter quickly learn it’s hard to watch the one you love in the arms of another. Will the two of them make it through this together? Or will their hot stolen kisses destroy everything?

Editorial Reviews

The Paranormal Bookworm - Lisa Markson
"Smitten, the sequel to Crush was definitely worth the wait! The way that Lacey Weatherford is able to capture the love between Hunter and Cami is magical. A true love story doesn't have to revolve around the sex, true love is the tenderness and endearing actions that you do daily. No wonder Lacey has been named The Queen of Hearts!"
Third Eye Tight - Irene Hunt
Believe me, you won't want to miss this tale of tested loyalty between friend, family, and foe. Find a comfy place on the carpet, because the romance will leave you a melted puddle on the floor, and while you're down there, the next scene will have you rolling around in laughter. I honestly had tears running down my face, and I think I even snorted out loud.

Happy reading!
Girls Heart Books - Melissa Simmons
Ms. Weatherford has done what I thought impossible and given us a sequel that is just as enjoyable, if not more enjoyable than the first book. With Smitten, Lacey Weatherford has cemented her place among my favorite authors. I can't wait to see what she comes up with next!

Oh, I had so much fun with this book! I laughed and cringed along with the characters at the embarrassing moments, sighed and swooned over the many, many, MANY romantic scenes while catching my breath and holding onto my metaphorical hat at the perils Cami and Hunter face during their second adventure.

Hunter is sent undercover with a dangerous car thief and suspected murderer who goes by the inauspicious name of 'Ripper' at the beginning of Smitten. He does his best to keep Cami out of his work, but with one careless (albeit very romantic) mistake, he inadvertently pulls her right into the middle of it. Hunter's protective nature is strained to the very limit. I won't say more except that it gets very, very messy and is highly entertaining.

The villains were nicely done; I found myself looking at Ripper and wondering, going back and forth in my mind whether to believe he had committed all of the crimes he was suspected of or not. By the end I had a pretty good idea, but I was still surprised by a couple of things.

For those who haven't read it, I will say this without spoilers. For those who have read it, you know what I'm talking about. Page 226 (page number may vary slightly depending on the format). Oh. My. Freaking. Goodness. Only Lacey Weatherford could have pulled that off, and it was AMAZING. Other than that, my lips are sealed.

While Smitten didn't replace Crush as my favorite Lacey Weatherford book, it was a wonderful sequel. While it appears to be the end of Cami and Hunter's story, maybe with some well-aimed and not at all subtle hints she could be talked into another one...? We can always hope.

I received an advance e-copy of this book from the author in exchange for a fair and honest review. Thank you, Lacey, for listening to our pleas for a sequel to Crush!

This book is the best that I have read in a long time, I think that it is even better than Crush! I bought this book and 2 hours later I was finished. As soon as I was through with the first chapter I knew that I was not going to be able to put my kindle down until it was done; and I didn't. Thank goodness I didn't have anything else to do today.

This story starts a little after Crush left off, but you don't feel like anything is missing. There are some moments in the book where you will be worried, sad, crying, and jumping with joy. This is the best part of Lacey's' writing. There is such a range of emotions that you will feel like you are right there with Cami and Hunter.

    Love Love Love this book!!

OMG I loved it, I stayed up all night to read it. I love Hunter

OMG I loved it, I stayed up all night to read it. I love Hunter & Cami together & they had some steamy scenes. They also get in some crazy situations & this one didn't disappoint. There are plenty of funny & some awkward moments that are very entertaining. I don't want to give anything away but there is a part is Vegas that was pretty awesome :) I was very happy with the ending as well. Oh & I totally love Russ, he is freaking hilarious!
As usual Weatherford doesn't disappoint, all her books are awesome. I highly recommend this one as well as any other book she has written. But make sure you read Crush before Smitten or you will be really confused. Can't wait to read what Weatherford writes next.

I really enjoyed Crush, and I had high hopes for this book, but I have to be honest and say it didn't quite live up to my expectations. Perhaps it was because Hunt...Dylan was no longer a mysterious, gorgeous stranger.

The book did have plenty of action, adventure and romance, though, and anyone who fell in love with both Hunter/Dylan and Cami in the first book will enjoy seeing their relationship blossom. There were quite a few challenges that tested their love, and once again Weatherford threw in a bit of suspense and intrigue to keep the story alive.

This was an enjoyable read, with an interesting plotline, I was just looking for something more.

What an amazing ending to an already amazing story. I loved, loved, loved this book. Dylan and Cami are perfect for eachother. Russ is hilarious. He was cracking me up. At times I cried so hard and at times I laughed even harder.Dylan is so loving and caring and sweet and above all SMOKIN HOT! Cami is loving, caring, almost too sweet and a really beautiful character. I could not have hoped for a more fantastic ending. I highly recommend this book to everyone! And Thank You to Lacey for an amazing story. Can't wait to see whats next.
