I liked that the author explains what the ingredients are for. This helps me decide which kind would be best for my need at the moment, instead of just a vague "what do I feel like having?".

I absolutely love how the smoothies in this ebook are categorized (ie, for energy, calm, healing, etc)! I can't wait for the 2nd smoothie ebook that this alluded to! Keep 'em free, and thank you!

I have a bad habit of not eating as well as I should. This has great ideas to get those extra fruits and veggies in. Very tasty.

I just wanted some quick easy smoothies for breakfast instead i got delicious easy sometimes quick smoothies. It is so wonderful i totally recommend it!!!

This books is great and easy to understand. Im only eleven and love fruits! These smoothie recipies are awsome! I will make a smothie soon! Ps. You can also eat them for breakfast. I also want to make my mom a smothie for her BDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I enjoyed most of the smoothies. I did think some of the fruits were a little much for just a smoothie. I mean, if it's that hot of a summer day that you must make a smoothie, your not going to want to go out. Who just has a few Coconuts lying around the house? I sure don't. But over all i did enjoy this book.

Most of the recipies include dairy or soy products which are not necissarily healthy. Not impressed with tyhis boodk at all.

If you want a refreshing summer drink that gives you energy and cools you down, this book has all. Thesee drinks are filling and nutritious.

Read. The title says for good health purposes. I made the smoothies and even the ones that aren't so sweet you can just add some whipped cream. This is great.

It had som ereally nice receipes but yeah, on page 17 it does have those links so i say get it but avoid the last page

The smoothies soud fantastic and healthy. I plan to make many of them. Always nice to get some great recipes from a free book.
