I had labeled myself as the most erratic eater ever....my weight/eating fluctuated depending on mood, season, pms, state-of-mind etc....I had cravings constantly, skipped meals all the time and still put on weight...frustration abounded until I read this book. After changing my thinking to understand that I needed to stoke my metabolism like a fire to keep it at maximum performance, my weight has dropped, my eating is better, my cravings are met sensibly (and I am a chocolate/sugar kind of gal too!)my moods are even and I don't feel like I am going crazy!!!!! I used to have a love affair with the vending machine at work. Every day I would sneak away from my desk around 3 pm to have her comfort me. With Keri Glassman's book, the Snack Factor Diet, I have found myself feeling better, eating better and losing weight. Read this book and give it a try.
