Sadie is done with West. Resolved that he's just used up his last chance to prove himself the kind of man she's been hoping he would, its time to move on, and with her upcoming trip to shoot promotional photos for Grady's new resort just around the corner, it couldn't come at a better time. In the end it doesn't matter if he's got an excuse for his behavior, it doesn't even matter if its a legitimate excuse, since the way their relationship has gone, there has always been the need for excuses, and that's not the kind of relationship she's prepared to settle for. The bottom line is that every time there's something that needs to be excused away ... it hurts, regardless how good the excuse might be after the fact. This breakup is so very different from the breakup at the beginning of Wet, book one of the Water's Edge series however. Back then despite the upheaval, she was glad to be out, and this time, it hurts so much, because she really wishes that things could have worked out differently. Soaked by Stacy Kestwick, follows Sadie on her quest to put this latest failed relationship behind her, even as West pulls out all the stops to get her to change her mind. Throw in a handsome stranger, a nightmare from the past, the best of friends and probably too much alcohol and you've got the recipe for a volatile story. Throw Aubrey, West's bitchy ex into the mix and its downright explosive. I read a lot of stories and very few have major plot twists that catch me completely by surprise but this one did, and as plot twists go, I thought it was clever, timely, worked well with the story and even managed to be somewhat educational without getting preachy. Beyond that, the story was well paced, moving from angsty through funny, awkward, suspenseful, sad, and extremely hot while keeping a hopeful tone throughout. Read through in one sitting and thankfully, no cliffhanger at the end this book had me feeling the joy of life and just warm fuzzies all over For fans there are plenty of hooks tossed out along the way to be picked up regarding the minor characters setting the scene for other books in the series to pick up on, and I for one am looking forward to see what comes next.

West broke Sadie's heart in Wet, but he's ready to put it back together. Only Sadie is not going to make it easy for him this time around. Being hurt before, she has slowly lost her trust in men. With the job she has taken with the Waters Edge its a perfect opportunity for her to forget about West. Too bad that cocky man won't give up. Sadie finds herself reminded daily of what she had with him. West goes all out trying to show Sadie she's the one. Aubrey's there at very turn, and exes pop back up creating obstacle's for West and Sadie. Sometimes I wanted to smack some sense into both of them. West for being an ignorant man and Sadie for not believing in him or herself. The whole gang is there doling out advice, and providing comic relief. I love how they all interact with each other, they really are a great group of friends. Paper planes and an air hockey rematch will have you falling even harder for West. Can't wait to see what awaits for the next couple!

This book is amazing and I read it all in one day. I just couldn’t put it down. After reading Wet I didn’t know how to feel about West. I loved him and yet I hated him at the same time. After this book he ranks as my #1 BBF. I loved seeing Sadie go through the things in life that she put aside in order to grow as a person. In Wet you saw Sadie be a badass woman and Stacy brought that back again this time. She wrote a strong female character and that is one of the reasons why I will always recommend this series to all of my friends, and really anyone who will listen. And West, I know I already said I love him but he is AMAZING. Everything he does in the book makes you fall more and more for him. He does everything he can to prove his love and it is the sweetest thing I ever read. I also love how Stacy brings in the side characters and you learn more about them. I feel like I learned a lot about Rue in the first book and now I learned a lot about Grady and I hope that they get their own book. I also love Nick and hope that he gets his own book as well. Another job book I will read over and over again Stacy.

After the cliffhanger in Wet I was DYING to read how things would turn out for these two. Stacy, this ending is perfect. Simply perfect.

I fell in love with West and Sadie from the very first chapters of Wet and that love grew even more with Soaked. I've never read a book so fast, but Stacy has a unique writing style that just draws you into the story, completely mesmerizing and captivating. Sadie has always been strong and independent and I loved how she handled the obstacles along the way. Being hurt before, her fear was understandable and overcoming it was an even greater feat. West, on the other hand, showed a much more vulnerable side of him and although I was skeptical of his true feelings and intentions in Wet, I was happy to see his undeniable love and determination to win Sadie back. The secondary characters were also well developed and I would love to read more about them, especially Rue and Grady. This is definitely a must read. Pure perfection!

Soaked was a great conclusion to Wet. Yet again, Stacy delivered an engrossing romance with a story that flows really well and with characters that will make you smile, swoon and hate. I'll be looking forward to the next book in this series.

What a perfect conclusion to Sadie and West's story! Sadie going to Grand Cayman to get space from West was perfect. It gave West an opportunity to prove his love. *Swoon* West sending her a paper plane each morning with orange juice telling her how much she means to him! Ahhh and him wearing Sadie's hair tie! It was awesome to see Aubrey and Asher get what's coming to them!! This conclusion was definitely worth the wait!!!

OMG, the wait is over... I think I just devoured the book, patience was not in my language last night when it came to getting SOAKED!!! It was worth the wait, after all the expectations, the story was as incredible as the first one; I´m a sucker for love/hate stories, they are my kryptonite and Sadie and West didn't let me down. Mrs. Stacy Keswick did it again, she delivered such a marvelous book where you forget everything around you and get so deep into the words, and OMG what a way with words she has; its definitely now on my shelf of Favorites. I can't wait for more of her work and see what She has under her sleeve.

In Wet Stacy Kestwick left us with an EPIC cliffhanger! Soaked is NOT one of those books that lets you down after months of waiting, NOT AT ALL!!! All of your questions and more are answered in the AMAZING final book in this duet! This witty RomCom does not disappoint, there were moments I was cracking up, other moments I was blown away by the pure poetry of Kestwick's words(Ocean analogy, pure genius) and finally I was shocked by some twists and unexpected turns to the story. This book gives you the feels and keeps you entertained from beginning to end!
