I usually expect sales and marketing books to use a lot of words but not really say much. This book is the exception to that. If you don't like selling things, this is a good marketing book for you. I can highly recommend this book for any one who thinks that all the sales books they read are too "salesy" I'm one of those people. The author writes about social media and how to use that stuff to build relationships. I'll have to read it again to pick up some of the finer points but overall this book was a breath of fresh air. Good read and some really good ideas for anyone with a business.
