FINALLY! A "Dummies" book I can put to good use. I've know people who rely heavily on "Dummies" books to help them face new challenges they're facing, and I've read a couple myself.  I have also had the pleasure of reading other books by Aliza Sherman and Danielle Elliott Smith. Both are extremely knowledgeable and involved in their own brands. They have an energy that doesn't slow down easily, and a wealth of knowledge and ideas they put to good use with their own businesses. I think they were possibly the best possible two people to write this particular "Dummies" book.  I have already been able to utilize a few of the tips and tricks they share in "Social Media Engagement," and I plan to put some more to use over the next few months. I also plan to point several fellow business owners in the direction of this book. It's chalk-full with current Social Media information: ways to utilize the most popular social media sites to our advantage, explanations of how the platforms work, and tidbits to help us better understand the potential reach. This is a must-read for any businessperson hoping to use Social Media Engagement to their advantage!

Aliza and Danielle both do a wonderful job of identifying the best tools for social media engamgent from little-known apps to the most commonly used networks. They walk you through the how-tos of setting up, using and benefitting from so many social media tools. Even if you think that you are an expert in one area, I promise you will learn something in one hundred others! (Like, Engaging with geocaching… the most brilliant semi-offline use of social media I think I’ve ever heard of! LOVE this!)
