I would give it a higher rating for the content, however the nook version of the book had some issues with the formatting and typos. I hope Wiley can go in and make the changes to make it more readable on the nook, particularly Tables and specifically Table 7.1. There were also instances where "isis" kept showing up, just something to watch out for. For the content by Jim Sterne it was fantastic and a great resource for measuring social media and he was very generous in sharing lots and lots of resources that he felt might be helpful.
