    Here is the solution to our prison problem.

    Osborne had the answers. This is a must read book -- even after nearly 100 years. These principles have been put into practice in an economical, proven solution. It is called the "Community Model in Corrections(sm)" and it can be seen on video at www.communitymodel.org. Osborne's ideas are the solution and the only ones that have a chance of "changing the culture of incarceration" -- to improve, not ruin lives of inmates and staff and reduce crime and tax costs. Read it!!! Look at the film -- and let's get busy.
