    This book helped me get 5 new listings

    I bought this book on a whim, and then read it in one weekend and did what it said. I tried a letter mailing instead of postcards and it worked. 5 new listings, one new buyer and I'm recommending this book...5 stars!

    Got three new listings already.

    I bought this book on a whim, as the real estate business here in Houston has been slow, very slow. I worked on the plan, the way Geller said, and now I've received listings for expensive homes...like ones I never usually get. Thanks for this book
