My entire life I've always done what others wanted. Until I met him. Dante is mysterious, rough, and makes me think things a good girl like me shouldn't. Loving him could cost me my family, leaving him would cost me my life. He's a killer, a mafia hit man, and my protector.

Dante
Gia's a good girl. She should have nothing to do with me, but she's awakened feelings in me I didn't think I was capable of having. Protecting her was like breathing, I didn't have a choice. But the one act that will finally make her safe, is what will push her away. I must kill her brother.

What an amazing book, you have Dante the hot alpha bad boy and Gia the sweet innocent almost nun, You know what they say about opposites attracting? Well this is so true in the book, after Dante see's Gia you see more then the bad boy in him, you see the true man he was meant to be.

Liliana has written another start to what is going to be an amazing series!! Can't wait to see what happens next!

I am giving this review for author Liliana Rhodes This is novella 1 of the Man Made book series by the author.

Gia is called home because her mother passes away but what she comes home to is not what she expected. Dante is a soldier for his father but when he takes an assignment he never thought he would fall in love.

This is a story with action, drama and romance. The characters interact really well from start to finish and the story line flow is great. No bumps in the road for the reader.

This is 1 novella that any romance book lover would want in their library.

Gia has been hiding at the convent but has to return home when he mother dies. Her brother Terry ends up putting her in a dangerous situation but a dark knight appears to save her … Dante. She had only met Dante once and she had this incredible attraction to him, something she had never experienced before. Dante sees an angel appear from the subway and is drawn into Gia's vortex. He never expected to become her protector and rescuer. Can they find happiness amongst all the chaos their two families bring? I loved being pulled in the mob world with all the complexities of family relationships and loyalties … the chemistry and passion between Gia and Dante sucks you in giving you a great romance to root for.

Tail of love and death, family and betrayal
First book of the series and yet self contained with no cliff hanger.  Sometimes less is more.  So much said without having it said or
written.  I was happy to find out in the end who did the deed. (Can’t say more without it being a spoiler)  A nice short Mob love story
that also had love and betrayal in it.  After reading this book a second time I realized all the things I missed the first time around.
Looking forward to the next book in the series and where the author takes the story.  I was given a complimentary copy of this book
in exchange for an honest review.

    Five Star Bad Boy

Mafia books are becoming more popular but this is the first one I have read, and I can say that if they all come
up to this standard then they are going to be very popular.
Gia is an interesting person, a people pleaser, entering the Convent to please her mother and trying to please
first her brother and then Dante, do I have problem with this, I have to say no because I'm a people pleaser too,
and in so many of Gia's actions I could myself doing exactly the same. And you have to remember she is a
good Italian girl, and often they are bought up to obey.
I fell for Dante very quickly when I saw how he cared for Gia, it wasn't just a physical response but very much
an emotional and sincere reaction. I loved how the POV switched between the two as it gave me such an
insight to this gentle man who had to do a job he was very good at but didn't enjoy. Until he met Gia it seemed
that his life had been very bleak indeed.
Terry Gia's brother is an example of how fast you can go down hill and how easy it is to get involved in shady
dealings, but through it I have to say he was a wimp and we weren't meant to and I didn't like him at all.
The Mafia is a real presence and it is interesting to see how it is portrayed through the romance novels,
this is only the first in the series and I can't wait until we learn more about Dante and Gia.
This wasn't a cliffhanger more of a happy for now that you know is leading onto further instalments.
I received a free copy for an honest review
