wonderful language and fabulous illustrations. this book depicts a healthy, happy, growing child who is overwhelmed, at times, by tantrums. The author normalizes the experience by showing that good kids can have tantrums and regain calm afterward. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Not only is the book laugh-out-loud funny, it has an inspirational message. Katie Honors, the preschool character, sometimes loses control of her anger and uses her fists instead of her words to express herself, she becomes Bombaloo. Her mother sets limits and helps Katies work through Bombaloo with patience and love. This book has left such an impact on my four year old that we now call getting really, really angry Bombaloo. This is definately one of our most loved books. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.
