Lori Wick is my favorite author

I love all of Lori Wick books. She has such a great writing style that always gets you hooked from the very first page where you cannot put the book down until you finish. A Song for Silas is a sweet romantic. As one of the earlier works of Lori Wick, is might not be entising as some of her newer works. But it is so down to earth, you can't help but love it. It is a great 2nd story in the Place Called Home Series. Definitely read this in order. Silas is a great brother and his love and genoristy is even more shown in this book. Amy will capture your heart and attention where you are just routing for her and Silas to fall for each other. Place Called Home Series is a definite must read if you are in the mood for a light christian based romance. It makes you believe in true love through Christ our Lord. I am a huge fan of Lori Wick and own every one of her books and this one is not a disappointment at all. I love it.

Well it was a little slow...

I love this series! This is the second book, but their story continues more in the 4th one. I really did not like the ending of this book. It was an interesting story but unlike the other books in this series it didn't have much of the family in it. I just felt the ending was kind of abrupt.

I love Lori Wick books and devour any and all of them I can find. However I was disappointed in this particular Nook book as it wasn't all there. There was part of the story missing in the last of the book. I got the gest of it but still missed the pages. Was a bit disappointing
