There are a couple of real Christmas gems here, too, from opposite ends of the holiday spectrum: the delightful ballad of the inedible "Miss Fogarty's Christmas Cake" (no recipe included, thank heavens), and George Millar's own rather somber and touching opener, "Bells over Belfast," which celebrates Ireland's recent peace initiative. Even after all these years, those Rovers still have quite a range, and the holiday season is all the better for it.
