About the Author

Kristin Kroha, a Connecticut native, left the comforts of the familiar to start a new professional life in Boston – bridging from a newsroom into publishing. Here, it was her inquisitive and journalistic nature that inspired her to learn, and study, the formal art of writing for children. Coming from an artistic family, with both parents having designed a series of children’s books for Disney, this leap of faith into juvenile fiction seemed inherent and natural.
