Meet the Author

The moment Sandra Ross held her first romance novel when she was ten, she knew she was going to write romance. At thirty now, a prolific reader and a freelance writer, she's since then expanded her preferences from just romance to romance with a dash of now trending sub-genres—paranormal , fantasy, sci-fi even, and erotica. She loves challenging herself and would write on a dare. On a normal day, she would be found in her herb garden collecting spices for her kitchen or ingredients for her potions; in her huge eclectic Provencal kitchen with the big modern oven cooking pots and pans of food for her family of one husband and three kids (an ardent daughter and two boisterous sons) that'll probably last for weeks; in her library with floor-to-ceiling bookshelves and an e-reader in her hands as she reads the latest erotic hit; or scribbling pages upon pages of different erotic lifestyles, searching for the one that feels like it was inspired by just the right mix of passion, story line, and sex. Aside from these activities, the rest of the time she'd be found in front of her laptop typing the latest Sandra Ross concoction for her readers.

Once upon a magical time I calledSoul Mates Kiss: Witching Call

    Once upon a magical time

I calledSoul Mates Kiss: Witching Call Part 1 the missing link but part two I dub 'Once upon a magical time". If you made it through part
one then this part would be very easy to digest. The beginning is very sweet and I was very happy for Lola and Marcus. They were
married and got to enjoy the first blissful moments.
I could not help but think of 'The Sound of Music" reading the start because it really reminded me of when the Captain and Maria had this
big wedding in the cathedral then went off to their honeymoon only to return to a landscape that has drastically changed. The captain
ignored the early warning signs quite like Lola and Marcus but that did not stop the chain of events from unfurling. The only difference is
Lola and Marcus don't have to outsmart the Nazi to secure their freedom.
It's a fairy tale kind of magical story. Lola and Marcus are not only destined to be each other's consort but the rulers of the magical realm.
Sandra uncovers the secrets of past that have an impact on the present. The two soul mates have a duty to change the dynamics of what
is happening in their kingdom and ultimately map a new course for the future.
The pace in this book is more relaxed than the first. The questions are answered but not all at once. Its a series of revelations erupting
throughout the book until everything culminates in the end. Although it was slow, it wasn't dull. Sandra took her time in the prequel to
flesh out the characters and as she continues in the 'Bind' I got to see just how complex Lola and Marcus are.
If I did not say it before, then I'll say it now the underlying message in this book is really 'the power of love'. I found Lola's parents to be
very supportive of her. Sandra paints the ideal picture of a separated couple that puts the need of their child above everything else. There
is no bickering between Davis and Sable and Lola isn't stuck in the middle of two persuasions. I appreciated this a lot. It would have only
complicated things more if it were that way.
It goes without saying that the erotic scenes were well depicted. Sandra illustrates each encounter in a poetic way. This isn't just about
steamy moments, its a story and those just happen to fall in the mix of things. There were lots of other secondary characters that made
sense in the story. An enjoyable read over all.

Sweet and sensuous paranormal read to warm you up of a winter's

Sweet and sensuous paranormal read to warm you up of a winter's evening!
I was under the impression that Sandra Ross restricted herself to modern love stories like moving on with Brock or Dynamo billionaire meets girl of his dreams in Come with me. And that is why I was pleasantly surprised to see that she branched out into the paranormal fiction genre too, with Soul Mates Bind - Witching call part 2. If it is a Sandra Ross, it is going to be steaming hot and sensuous. Add to it a love story to warm you up of a cold evening, and who needs hot chicken soup for the soul, when you have a rather cute love story? And the chance to find that perfect Love for which you have been searching for so long, with your Soulmate? Ooooh. Talk about goose pimples...

Marcus is an orphan who suddenly finds out that he is of warlock blood and Royal to boot. Sweet and innocent Lola finds out that she is of mixed blood - human and witch. That is all right, but she is to be Queen. That is enough to have any normal human girl blinking, but then there is the attractive Marcus -her chosen king- to love and support her. He is also there to guide her into the paths of real and sensual love instead of lust , which the travesty of real, genuine and honest love.

This book is recommended for all those people who have just discovered Sandra Ross, enjoy the paranormal genre and do not mind a little bit of erotica in the works. One almost wants to Wolf whistle at some of the super hot erotic scenes, but it is the skill of Ms. Ross, which makes it look also natural and real.

Thankfully, her writing is in good taste and language and the descriptions come across as real love and not vulgar and cheap porn masquerading as sentimental corn. That is the sort of writing critics like I do appreciate! And Sandra delivers, each time every time!

I am giving this book a four, because seriously speaking, I think the orphan finding out that he is royalty genre of escapist fiction overrated and over repeated, but hey, the story is worth it. And I am looking forward to see what happens in the next part of this series. I predict that this is going to be very popular, and Sandra is going to be a writer to look out in the future. Not only is her writing style, creative imagination and descriptive style excellent, but her creativity looks to be really prodigious, with so many of her books in different genres right here! So, gals, do check out Witching Call Part Two - especially the wedding night scene....

Do you love reading about witches and wizards? If you do then t

Do you love reading about witches and wizards? If you do then this is the book for you. This book has a lot of great things all about them and all about soulmates as well. This book is all about Lola and Marcus who have bound themselves to each other for their entire life. They are happy in their plans to live out their lives in peace. Except that's not going to be as easy as they may have thought.
This book is all about the love between two people and what can happen when that love is strong enough. For Lola and Marcus that love is strong enough for them to be the rulers of their kind. The Council has chosen them to be the king and queen and they really don't have much choice in the matter. Because if they don't agree, their entire race of magical beings could simply cease to exist.
This book would be great for anyone that really loves romance and the paranormal. Supernatural creatures a really something I love to read about so anyone that feels the same way as I do about these things then you will really like this book and it's storyline of love and the importance of it.
Just like any of Sandra's other books, this book has some graphic content and Sandra likes to give you all the dirty details. So if you like knowing everything about what's happening between the characters you'll really like this book. Her writing style, as always, is really pretty good and gives you all the visual information that you need in order to really see and understand what's happening.
The only thing that kind of upset me was that there wasn't quite as much magic in the first part of the story. I really like supernatural things and there wasn't as much of that right from the start. Of course, everything picked right up as the story got really going along. It was really interesting how love could really bring everything to the very best.
These two people are made for each other. They are completely and utterly in love when things start happening that will cause drastic changes in their lives. Nothing will ever be the same for them again, that's definitely for sure. But that's what makes their story so amazing and so interesting to read about.
If you really like romance and you really like supernatural creatures then you'll like this book. It's all about both of these things and will definitely intrigue you. Just give it a shot and you'll enjoy it. I know that my friends would really like it and I would recommend it to all of them. I'm sure if you like these things, you'll like it too.

Wow Sandra Ross does it again with another hot erotica novel. So

Wow Sandra Ross does it again with another hot erotica novel. Soul Mates Bind: Witching Call Part 2 is the second in a series that brings us back into the lives of Lola and Marcus. After finding out that they are soul mates and have been together in several previous lives Lola and Marcus have come to the point where they wish to be bound (married to the normal speak) but the pathway to the ceremony is not going to be cut and dry.

While the book is erotic and very hot there is more to this book than that. The story line is well woven and you are brought into the realm of not only the erotic but Fantasy. Not every couple finds themselves trying to save the world while on their honeymoon! Sandra Ross presents another well thought out and well written story line that is sure to grip even the most cynical of those who read erotica. My only small quibble with the book is that I would have liked a little bit more of the honey moon place to be described. Of course this is just my habit of liking to perfectly picture a place and does not at all take away from the novel itself.

So if you’re looking for something new to read and want erotica with a twist this would be a fantastic choice for you. Read part 1 and then help yourself to the delicious second helping that is sure to make you want even more.
