Meet the Author

Tommy Connolly Actor, Author and Comic is a married father of four and lifelong Chicago Area resident. After overcoming 28 years of addiction, FEAR and Bi-Polar Disorder, he is catching his dreams. I applaud you for your brutally honest assessment of your life. You went deep down in your soul and confessed to sins that most men would have tried to bury in dark corners of their mind. You weren't always the hero. That's for sure. Now your heroism begins every day since your sobriety began by fighting the demons that controlled you, and helping others fight theirs. You're on the right track my friend. Service to humanity is the best work of life. Loved the book and recommend it to anyone who says "I can't get there from here". Let Tommy Connolly show you the way. Every man needs heroes Tommy. Next time you look in the mirror know that you're looking at one of mine
- Tom Dreesen (Sinatra's opener 20 years, Comedy Legend)

"I understand everything you have done and been, with one exception, and that is, why would you ever let yourself become a comedian?" - David Brenner (Comedian, Author and Johnny Carson's #1 Guest)
