&delta<_>oulmates ::

    [ First, I will explain things so it won't be confusing later. NOTE: I do none of this to be hateful. Many of my friends are emos and preppies. ]

    The Aemos { Emos } :: Their usual appearance is pale skin; dark, choppy hair, sometimes dyed; facial piercings; shadowy clothing. They live in the darker side of the city, hardly seen in the day. Their personality keeps to be silent and cold.

    The Praeda { Preps } :: Their usual appearance is bright, colorful, with light hair and tan skin. They have different builds, but the most common is athletic. They live high in the city, hardly seen out at night. They are usually bubbly and conceited.

    The Concept :: I had two ideas that built this story: the fact that most of the student body at my school is made up of emos and preppies; and an internet post that proposed that if at birth, we were given a necklace with a half of a unique shape, and our soulmate had the other half; the necklace would grow hotter as we got nearer to them.

    Jessica

    She entered a naturally lit front hall. Dark oak floors covered the newly build house, fully furnished and everything. Setting her keys on a small wooden table beside the front door she sighed. White candles were set against tge table, along with yellow daisies in a vase.-Jess-
