Jane A.G. Kise, Ed. D., is a management consultant, specializing in team building, strategic planning, and school staff development. She is also the coauthor of over a dozen books, including Work it Out: Clues To Solving People Problems at Work, Using the MBTI Tool in Organizations, and Introduction to Type and Coaching.
