Sound of Mind - adventures in schizophrenia is a book I wrote about my mental illness, and the nature of my thoughts and delusions. It is my experience of being committed in a mental asylum before I was diagnosed with schizophrenia. I hope this may help you understand insanity a little better. It was amazing to see hiw a schizophrenic person actually thinks. It was unclear, but then, what do you excpect from a scizophrenic person? It made me feel bad for Jason. Once you buy this book the cover says 9 shades of gray on it.

This was extremely hard to read. It was rambling and not very clear. I do not recommend this book unless you are intimately familiar with the subject matter or the author.
