The Haunting Beauty of the Tusken Raider captured perfectly.

Long have I searched for the perfect recreation of the angry cry of the Tusken Raider. Here, at last, I have found it. One press of the sound and I am transported to the distant land of Tatooine. The Tusken Raider cry is a symphony of pure genius. From the first movement, the opening wail of Huuuuuurrrrrrrrr!!, (aggressive yes, but also tinged with melancholy), then into the quiet adagio of breathless panting, a sort of "ehaw, ehaw", I too am breathless as I wait for the final movement. The Tusken Raider does not disappoint as it explodes into an amazing crescendo: HUUUUUUURRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!. This is truly a listening experience. John Williams himself must have had a hand in creating what can only be described as the greatest sound ever recorded.

It sounds like a donkey and, frankly, I don't like it.

Let me begin by saying that I am a manager at a large bookstore that currently sells this awful excuse for a book. For lengthly periods throughout the workday I like to sneak up to the office and pretend to do important manager stuff. However, some of my employees like to play with this book once I'm upstairs. You know, mice playing while the cat's away kinda thing. Anyway, they play that annoying Tusken Raider scream over the store intercom. Talk about irritating! I almost wet myself the first time I heard that awful "HUUUUURRRRRR!"

Now, I know the first two reviews for this book are glowing, but let's take a look at that first one by that Wilford Brimley character. He can't even spell Tusken Raider correctly. And his review is nothing but some huuurrs and ehaws. Perhaps Mr. Brimley should stick to selling his diabeetus medicine. And that second review? Melancholy? Please. How about you marry one of those Raiders if you like them so much. That's probably not legal in most states. Except maybe Kentucky.

I can't stand this book. It's pretty much the worst thing that's ever happened to me. I'm gonna burn all the copies in my store Farenheit 451 style. That way I can get back to doing nothing in peace.
