    Finally the right recipes.

    My mark of a good soup book is the right lentil soup recipe, and after years of looking, I finally found it. There isn't a bad soup in the lot, and there's nothing too difficult about the recipes - you don't have to have a half teaspoon of 18 obscure ingredients, and you don't have to hover over the processes. It tells you alternatives or do-it-yourself additions, and there's a section of less-than-30-minute soups, which is great. Don't shy away from the fancy-ish pictures, these are all very doable, and very good. They're solid recipes with a good variety. Finally!
