White Eagle's teachings are relatively little known in North America although they have been available since the 1930s, when they first began to be channeled by Grace Cooke, a British medium (1892-1979). While the lessons transmitted by White Eagle are unique in tone, they share the core message that two best-selling spiritual authors, James Redfield (The Celestine Prophecy) and Betty Eadie (Embraced by the Light), have helped to promote. White Eagle teaches that the law of love, "the source of all our strength," is more powerful than any of the physical laws. This book is intended as a companion volume to White Eagle's The Quiet Mind (1972). Although its small format will make shelving it difficult, it meets a growing demand for books that make esoteric metaphysical concepts accessible to a popular audience.
