Forget dieting -- make these simple and healthy menus because they taste fabulous!!! This book makes it so easy to entertain. Plus, the menus and recipes end up offering you a great way to get thru hoildays and special occasions by truly enjoying yourself, not going overboard. I've made over half the recipes in here, and fully recommend them all!
