    Make Phase One Less of a Drag.

    I find phase 1 of the Southbeach diet the hardest to get through. I am happiest when I can get through phase one in under two weeks. This book is the answer. The recipes are awesome and not difficult to stick to. They are not boring and I actually look forward to eating them which, for any diet, is more than half the battle. Get this book and Phase one is easier, guaranteed!

    Phase One Made Easy

    While I was in Phase One of the South Beach Diet I needed recipes that I would actually eat. I downloaded this book and made a recipe a day out of it for the almost three weeks that I was in Phase one. It was a life saver and a no brainer for me which is exactly what I needed to make it to phase 2. The recipes all conform to the South Beach guidelines but, unlike many Phase 1 books, these recipes are actually yummy. I recommend this book without reservation.

    Does so much with so Little

    Eating only the foods that you are allowed while on the South Beach Diet is the only hard thing about this diet. It is also probably the reason that it works but finding recipes that are new and innovative of things that you can eat in Phase 1 is not easy thing. This book helps a lot. The recipes are as delicious as you will find anywhere and are new which is what makes them even better. Everyone in Phase 1 needs this South Beach Recipes Phase 1 With Over 50 Delicious Recipes Book.

    Bought this for my wife who loves me more now!

    I bought this book for my wife and she has told me almost every day how wonderful it is to have a book of Phase 1 recipes. Phase one is tough if you are on the South Beach diet and finding recipes that you can eat in this phase is not as easy as it might appear at first glance. The recipes here are creative and delicious and everyone in Phase 1 of this diet should own this book!
