    I highly recommend. I read the first southbeach diet book and followed it as a weight loss book, but I quickly lost interest. But after reading Wake Up, it all came together for me. It's not a weight loss book but a lifestyle book andthe weight loss just happens. It's so simple to feel good and look good.
