Meet the Author

Mike Luoma writes science fiction and comic books and plays music on the radio in Vermont. Luoma's "Vatican Assassin Trilogy" began appearing at the end of 2005. The related "Albi Jones" is his most recent novel. Get Mike's new free eBook "Souverain: The Kid" - a prose short story featuring Ben Ferrari's character "Souverain" - originally published in "Souverain" #1 - here at Smashwords & other fine eBook outlets.

Mike's recent comic releases include the #1 issues of "Introducing... Red Hot!", "Souverain", and "The Adventures of Alibi Jones." There's also an Alibi Jones short story in "Earthbound Comics Presents" #1 - all from Earthbound Comics.

Mike released his critically acclaimed "Holy Shit: Or...Pat Robertson Is The Anti-Christ!" comic in 2006. He went on to create the four issue comic book series "Panthea Obscura: Deifornication" with Argentine artist Juan Carlos Quattordio. Luoma and Quattordio also collaborated on the "Everybody Lies" one shot. Artist Cristian Navarro is helping Mike adapt "Vatican Assassin" as a graphic novel - current chapters are appearing as individual comic book issues, and Federico Guillen provides amazing art for "Good Samaritan: Unto Dust" - titles from Mike's own Glow-in-the-Dark Radio Comics.

Mike's "Alibi Jones: Vacation" - an earlier version of which appeared in the audiobook-only anthology "Podioracket Presents: Visionaries" - is a stand-alone short story, also available here at Smashwords.com.
