Dr. Julie Jacobson has a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish, and a Master's and Doctorate Degree in Education. She teaches Spanish and English with San Diego City Schools and also works as an adjunct professor at San Diego State University. Dr. Jacobson has contributed to such publications as The Journal of Adolescent and Adult Literacy, published by The International Reading Association and The California Reader. She is also a co-author of Accommodating Differences Among English Language Learners; Best Practices: 75+ Literacy Lessons.
