    Excellent Choice

I use this book for a university online course. My students love the book. This book covers many aspects of HTML and is a great reference after you have learned HTML. A little weak in the area of embedding and linking multimedia files.

    Buy This Book... NOW!

If you can only buy one HTML book, this should be it. Molly's writing is clear and concise, and she does an excellent job of teaching the basics of coding and web design, but also covers many advanced topics such as Cascading Style Sheets, JavaScript, DHTML and graphic design. This book touches on everything from table design, fonts and images to streaming audio/video, custom scripting (CGI and ASP) and web databases, and includes a complete HTML 4 reference. Usually a book that attempts to cover so many subjects ends up being too broad, but not here. I am highly impressed that so much substantive information has been packed into this book. Whether you are just beginning with web pages or are an experienced designer in need of a thorough reference, this is the book for you. Go buy it. Now! - (No, I do not know or work with Molly!)

    Excellent Reference Book

I spent a few hours pursuing HTML books, and settled on Molly's. I liked her very approachable writing style that did not intimidate. I had taken an HTML course at my local junior college a bit ago, and find that Molly's book is much better than the course text book that we used. A great resource for novice and experienced web designers.

    WHAT A GREAT BOOK

This book is great for all level of web-page designers. I have never done any designing in my life, and never knew where or how to begin. This book takes you through everything from beginning to end. And if your an experienced designer, don't worry; this is for you too. I gave this book an A++. Excellent quality for an excellent price!
