    Waste

The exercises in this book did absolutely nothing for me. My speed and comprehension is actually worse than it was when I started. I read this book in hopes of saving time reading. Ended up wasting time instead.

this is the best speed reading book I have read

book is straight forward and to the point. the exercises are extremely useful and I learned a lot in a very short time. I have read five other books on the subject and I have made more progress with this book than all the others. I highly recommend this book
