I love cooking and have been interested in learning more about spices. This book definitely gives some great information about using spices both for flavor and health benefits. It inspires out of the box cooking. Some of the recipies are pretty involved though, that would be the only draw back. Definintely a cookbook I will keep for the years to come and will use as a refernece for inspiration. I also plan on giving it as a gift to others. So I do recommend it - recipies are a little easier when one doesn't have little kids though.
