    Dear Mr. Lalonde...

While I've thoroughly enjoyed reading all your stories, and seeing your characters grow and develop in this series, I truly wish you'd have someone read over them before publishing. The books just need a little polish, by someone with a firm grasp of grammar. A gentle encouragement against phrase repetition would be beneficial, as well. (I will likely never say, "the pair," again, after seeing it repeated so often, sometimes on the same page!) Her and Ayan (sic) never did anything. SHE and Ayan may have. This is not to say that the books are not excellent - I must think they're good, since I've bought every single one! - but it's very distracting to be caught up in a dramatic moment or a tense battle, and be brought crashing back to the present by a poorly chosen pronoun. Frankly, I think your books deserve better. My guess is that you have friends willing and able to proof read for grammar, who wouldn't charge you a dime. If not, well, I'll volunteer. And thanks for the entertainment.

    Well done...again.

I ran across Lalonde's opening trilogy because it was offered at no cost (and I'm notoriously cheap). Got hooked and had no problem buying additional e-books for $2.99 each. I'm an old fan of sci-fi (having read all of Asimov, Heinlein & Clarke way back), and the best way I can think of the Spinward Fringe saga is as a blend of the best elements of Star Trek, Star Wars and Battlestar Galactica. Very well done and I'm anxiously waiting for the next one(s).

    Wow... Just... Wow

Randolph Lalonde just keeps 'em coming. I can't wait for the next one to come out. I love how there is emotion from all of the characters and the emotion helps them to make their decisions, but this is totally not an emotive book. Excellent story!!!

    Fun space opera

Good space opera in the classic tradition, great fun to read. The characters are well developed. As others have noted please get a good editor to look it over before you release the next chapter. It would add a lot.

    Good story

Sadly like the rest of the books, the editing is non-existant. So many grammatical and spelling errors, along with non-British races speaking like the British pulls you out of the story.

    Wow

One of the best sci fi series outthere. I would put this up against Honor Herrington series and expect it to win. Really hope somehow they make this a movie or tv series.

    Great Series

This is a great series, space opera- whatever you want to call it. Very enjoyable, and easy to read. This is what ebooks should be. You also can't beat the prices for the books. I would highly recommend these books for anyone who enjoys sci-fi.

I, like so many others, discovered this series by accident. The first book was free, and I'm a cheap bastard. But, unlike the majority of free titles, this one kept me (im)patiently waiting for each new addition to the series, shaking like a junkie, waiting for my next fix. Hopefully the next broadcast will be along shortly.
Kudos to R. Lalonde for one of the BEST sci-fi series I have read in years.

    Enjoyable

The Spinward Fringe Broadcast series is just that...a series. Each book somewhat stands alone, but leaves things open to be continued in the next book. Not the best writing, perhaps, but keeps my interest and I am enjoying. The downside is waiting for the next installment in the series. Still, very worth reading for those with Sci Fi interest.

I like this series of books. I have been reading them from the beginning. At times it gets a little slow but you will need the info later to understand what is going on
