Gentle guidance and everyday practices in healing

A book I will continue to read and cherish. As a breast cancer survivor, I found this book to be a gentle way of approaching some difficult aspects of my recovery. Taking care of the physical manifestations of a disease was just the beginning of my healing. Dr. Young-Sowers speaks lovingly and honestly about the emotional and spiritual connections and gives me tools I can use on a daily basis to continue my life journey as a stronger, wiser woman. The exercises throughout the book challenged me to look inside and discover my true self my wisdom self.

    A reviewer

Compassionate words of wisdom that heal the heart and the spirit. Having given away copies to friends each had much gratitude for this book which came exactly when they needed it most. One woman was indecisive about the direction she would take in her cancer treatment and the other was working with the loss of her father. Each friend gained new insight and wisdom needed for her journey. This book had a profoundly positive effect.
