Popular psychic medium Rebecca Rosen's fresh and hip prescriptive program empowers readers to heighten their intuition, connect with deceased loved ones, and surpass the psychological roadblocks holding them back.
In Spirited, readers learn how to dig into their past to identify the root of the "damage" that's keeping them from living their best lives. Medium-to-the-stars Rebecca Rosen shows us how to draw on the power of our intuitive gifts to connect with spirit energy—loved ones who have passed—to provide the clarity necessary to master real-life issues, including relationships, job fulfillment, finances, and body image.
In her colorful and youthfully vibrant voice, Rosen recalls how she discovered her psychic gifts and recounts her experiences helping thousands of clients, including Jennifer Aniston and Courtney Cox Arquette. She reveals how she taps into a person's energy and relies on the spirits around him or her to gain insight, and explains how—through exercises, meditations, and her special guidance—we can develop similar skills to interpret the signs in our own lives and find success and contentment.
Direct, down-to-earth, and sometimes sassy, Rebecca Rosen offers a unique and refreshing blend of self-help wisdom and psychic insight to help us look back and move forward.

I've just finished reading Spirited. This book was so inspiring! Rebecca has motivated me to do things in my own life that I was unable to do previously. Everyone struggles with something and this book has taught me how to tap into my own intuition and make the best possible decisions. This book really touched me because Rebecca shared her own personal struggles and how she was able to overcome them. She also teaches how to let go of the things that hold us back from what we truly want in life.

She is, without question, a talented and gifted medium -- the real deal. Her authentic voice comes across clearly in this book, which I highly recommend to anyone with an interest in spiritual matters.

A few years ago I really started to get into reading the spiritual books and trying to find my place. It took me a while to get to this book but was so happy when I got there! I learned so much from this one, easy to read, super informative and fun book. I have already recommended it to my spiritual group.

I attended 2 audience readings and had 2 personal readings. I don't think she's cold at all but I felt the 2nd audience reading was too "showy." Never went to another because of it. The book itself was difficult for me to read because of it's style. It seems too cutsy therefore it is not a page turner for me, but the info is good. I am concerned about the cost of her readings now. Since it is a gift why charge so much? If I could afford it I would get another reading in a few years...

Spirited is written for the everyday person. It's very helpful in many areas of ones life. It could even be considered a Life Coaching book. I have read many books along this line, but Rebecca's book is unique just in the presentation. Everyday I look forward to the "next step." And, I'm recommending this book to everyone! Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.I am a huge fan of Rebecca Rosen and I thought this book explained in great detail how she lives her life and what I can do on my own to improve my own soul, to love myself and others, to see the signs all around us that spirits are everywhere, and how the spirit world actually works. I was most impressed by the chapter explaining how to find the root cause of my underlining fears and weaknesses. I was surprised that some of the things that happened in my childhood were still lingering on in my everyday life. Things that I thought I had let go of but truly hadn't. I would recommend this book to anyone who is working on bettering themselves and also those who are seeking help from spirits, guides, guardian angels, and GOD.

Yawn. I was excited when I read the editorial review and love to hear the author's voice as I read, however this book was difficult not to fall asleep during. It didn't feel warm or easygoing at all. It instead left me feeling cold and needing to take a cat nap.

I'm sorry, but this book seemed very cold and impersonal to me. Granted, the author writes about her own personal experiences and all, but them all seem to be 'pulled out' of her, instead of her writing warm and openly. I was coerced to see Ms. Rosen in a large venue recently and honestly I was not all that impressed. Her viewing seemed somewhat 'staged' to me and that's pretty much how I feel about this book. I had high hopes that maybe this book would change my mind about her show, but that did not end up to be the case. It all seemed too rehearsed and cold to me. I'm thinking that maybe she's just a dark, guarded person, but if that's so, it seems to me that if you're going to be in this business, you should be more warm and open and not so cold. But, hey, she got my money twice, so maybe she's doing something right. I'm thinking that there won't be a third time. All in all, I was a little disappointed with the whole lot of it. Sorry--

I saw an article of Rebecca Rosen in the newspaper and thought that I would purchase her book. She spoke of the ego within the psychic business and I grinned. Although I am not a psychic, I believe that ego exists in most occupations and having read others within Rosen's same industry, I did agree and was hoping to find something idfferent. Unfortunately, as I continued reading (with one eyebrow raised might I add), every chapter included several testimonials. It was as if she was trying to 'prove' to the readers how great she herself was. That to me equals a bit of an ego. Could be the editors thought it could help her gain more clients already on her outragiously long client list (not to mention overly expensive sessions), but regardless, it seemed to be bad taste.
