Being a 'Cult' fan I purchased Ian's album not knowing what to expect. I'm more than happy to tell you this is by far the most amazing work ever done by either Ian or The Cult. Ian's voice is still hypnotic and eerie but is now set against an even more electronic background than before. Songs like 'Sweet Soul Sister' (The Cult) always intrigued me because of the use of electronica with guitar. Ian's album is definately a giant leap forward artistically. If you're into the Hacker/Sci-Fi style electronic music you'll love it. Think The Cult meets Moby! This is the most original sounding music I've heard in a long time and if anything this guy influenced the electronic rock scene not the other way around. After all Ian's been doing this since the late seventies. What more can I say - Buy It! (If you don't you're jippin yourself). Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback.
