This book offers more than Florida. I visited the monastery in Georgia listed in this title. It was a tremendous experience. I am making plans to go back next year. Found needed peace and rest!
I found this book at a B&N store in Florida. The author did a tremendous job of describing each place in detail. I loved the photos. My job is very stressful and was looking for a different place to get a way for a few days. I'm thinking to visit one the monasteries listed in the book. I had no idea that these places existed in the Southeast!
A friend told me about this title. I have been looking for a place to go on retreat. This book lists many great places I can visit in Florida and Southeast. I am trying to decide where to go (so many options). This is my first retreat. I highly recommend this book. It is well written and has very detailed descriptions of each place.
