    Enjoyed every minute of it and All of the Meditation excercises

    This book was amazing. You learn a step by step process into becoming more spiritually evolved,happy and fulfilled with the fact that we all can help anyone we choose to without even touching or Speaking to the person. The Different excersises are fun to try out to see if they work, and they DO. If you believe in The power of our life energy, and that our minds are the most powerful things that we all posses, I would Highly recommend this book. This book also helps you tap into who we all REALLY are, and how we should all be living as human beings on our planet.
